Important Notes and Terms of Engagement

of Tata 1mg Program for Stockist

The relationship between the Stockist and Tata 1mg will be on a principal to principal basis and will not create any partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or principal-agent relationship
At no time shall the Stockist represent to any third party that the scope of its association with Tata 1mg extends beyond the scope set out here.
Stockists have no authority to make any changes to the Tata 1mg products, services or offerings in any manner.
Company will provide stockist of all products (medicines, health care products). Company provide minimum 6lacs orders per month. Company will commissions 20% every order products. Company provide working area for stockist 30km-radius from your location. If any products will expire. Then it will be replace/exchange by another products. If any products damage during transportation, then it will replace by another products. Company provide deliver boys for pick-up & delivery of orders. Company provide product for Stockroom upto 20lacs. Company will do interior according to company's design. Company will provide rent & electricity bill of stock room according to your locality. Company will provide products & equipment. Company will provide all the SOPS, Training & Manuals. Company will give software to franchiser for billing.
Role of Distributor: - Required a criteria of 150 SFT to 300 SFT. Franchisee has to ensure that all its artists follow the same and customer satisfaction is high. Franchise will Report or initiate corrective actions wherever required. Company provide orders via an official email:- info@tata1-mgstockist.in Accurate and complete records will be kept by The Franchise in regards to handling of The Product. The company shall keep accurate and complete accounts on the company's behalf, and the members may review them at any time.
Payments: - Franchisee registration fee-Rs.55000/-(Rupees fifty-five thousand only) Includes gst after confirmation and it is refundable when handover the franchisee. Along with each payment, The stockist will submit Payment rqeceipts to the company.Security deposit amount 1.5L during agreement process and Its refunded after start your work . Company take NOC from government authority and move for installation (NOC Charges-1.86L) refundable through cheque. The stockist will have provide written notice of 45 days before terminate this
Certain promotions or offers as specifically made available to Stockist at Tata 1mg’s sole discretion (Promotions), shall be communicated by the Stockist to the potential customers without any modifications. Stockist do not have any right to modify the Promotions communicated by Tata 1mg or to offer any other financial or other incentives to customers to place orders.
Stockist shall not make any representations or assurances to the customers save and except what is communicated to them in writing by Tata 1mg. Stockist shall be personally responsible for any misrepresentation to the customers and shall also be responsible for penalties and liabilities arising therefrom.
Stockist shall not make unsolicited offers/advances to potential customers without their explicit consent.
As part of this opportunity, Stockist may have access to certain customer contact information, prescriptions and medical information which are confidential and have been made available for the specific use case for enabling orders on Tata 1mg. Stockist shall not store, retain, share or use such information for any other purpose.
The Stockist Program will be governed by laws of India including all applicable laws, regulations and rules; and terms of engagement shall be communicated and shared by Tata 1mg with Stockist at the time of onboarding via email or otherwise. Tata 1mg reserves the right to modify such terms of engagement from time to time.
